Delivery Policy

Orders will be despatched within one business day on receipt of payment.

Free postage for all domestic orders* which will be sent in a POSTpak Padded Bag via Australia Post ordinary mail. If insurance is required it will at the purchasers cost. Please advise when placing the order.

*The Serenade Leather range of handbags and wallets will incur a postage charge. 

International orders will be sent in a POSTpak Padded Bag via Australia Post Air Mail. The Air Mail charge will be calculated according to weight and the purchaser advised prior to payment. Please complete our enquiry form and not through the shopping cart for all international orders.

Returns Policy

Goods returned within 14 days of receipt, in original condition, can be fully exchanged for any other item of the same value or for a refund. Freight charges are the responsibility of the purchaser, unless an error was made by Adele Collections.

You may return damaged or faulty goods within 14 days of receipt. In the event that you receive a defective or damaged product, the product can be fully exchanged for any other item of the same value or for a refund. Return postage will be reimbursed on receipt of faulty goods and dispatch of replacement item. Adele Collection reserves the final right to determine if a product is actually faulty.

To arrange a return/refund please complete our enquiry form, informing us of the item you are returning. Please indicate whether you would prefer a refund, exchange or a credit for future purchases.

Refunds will be processed in the same way that purchases were paid for. For instance, if you paid by credit card the same credit card will be refunded.
